Cowell St Skin & Hair Clinic opened in 2016 at 10 Cowell Street, in the centre of Llanelli. We offer laser, IPL and skin treatments for clients from Llanelli, Swansea, Carmarthen and the towns in between.
We are a small, doctor-led clinic. You will see the same friendly faces at each visit, and you will always be told plainly what a treatment can and can’t do for you.
In Wales, any clinic that uses medical lasers or IPL must be registered with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW). Registration means our equipment, training, safety procedures and record keeping are inspected against national standards.
Being doctor-led matters too. Skin concerns are assessed with a medical eye, and if something isn’t suitable for treatment here, we will tell you.
Your free consultation is a chance to ask questions with no pressure and no sales pitch. We look at your skin, explain your options and give you a clear price.
We will also tell you when we can’t treat. For example, laser and IPL cannot be used on tanned skin, so we may ask you to wait until a tan has faded.
