What affects the cost of tattoo removal?

The size of the tattoo. This sets your price per session, from £30 for around 3cm x 3cm to £100 for around 12cm x 12cm.

Who did the tattoo. Professional tattoos hold more ink, placed deeper and more evenly, so they need more sessions. Amateur tattoos usually hold less ink and often clear faster.

The colours. Black ink usually responds fastest. Some colours, such as greens and blues, can take more sessions.

Removal or fading. If you are planning a cover-up, fading takes fewer sessions than full removal, which keeps the total cost down.

How your skin responds. Results vary from person to person. Your patch test shows us how your skin and the ink react before a full session.

Do I have to pay for a course upfront?

No. You pay for each session as you have it. There is no package to buy and no upfront course fee, so you only pay for the sessions your tattoo actually needs.

Is cheaper tattoo removal worth it?

Price matters, but so does who treats you. In Wales, clinics offering laser treatments must be registered with Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (HIW). Before you book anywhere, check the clinic is registered, ask who will be carrying out your treatment, and ask whether you will have a patch test first. Our clinic is HIW registered and doctor-led.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. Every client starts with a free consultation and patch test, with no pressure and no sales pitch, and your price is confirmed before any treatment. A £30 deposit secures your appointment. It comes off the price of your treatment, or we refund it if you decide not to go ahead.
